I make sweetbread a few times a year: definitely Christmas and Easter, and sometimes when we’re having a family get together.  We’re lucky in southeastern MA to have so many great Portuguese bakeries where I can pop in on a Saturday morning to pick up a loaf if I need to.  But when I go full out, I make a variety of sizes which means I need to have a variety of pans.  Portugalia has you covered there:  pans to make big loaves to give away and small loaves to make individual loaves for the kids (or anyone who hates to share!).  That’s what’s great about Portugalia, they have all sizes!
