This semi-soft textured DOP (Denominação de Origem Protegida) Portuguese cheese is aged for a minimum of 7 months with an intense piquant flavor, imported from the island of São Jorge in the Acores. It is made of raw milk from cows who graze on salty pastures giving it unique characteristics.

Ingredients: Unpasteurized cow milk, salt, and rennet.
